If i had the power and mnoney to make a difference in a counrty less fortunate, i would help to a certain extent. I would help enough to get them back on thier feet. Once you start caring for them completely they get dependent on you. They need to be able to fend for themselves.
I think the United Nations should be stronger. I believe they should be the relief of the world. We need to come together as one world and help eachother out. They should be the ones countries can turn to. If all the countries of the world contribute to the UN it would be a powerful system.
