Having a private life away from school or from work is important for every one But what Spitzer did is illegal for eveyone. No one should get special treatment for comiting an illegal act. A leader is suppost to be a good role model and buying women is NOT some thing I would see in a role model. It was stupid of him to do it but what people don't want to say is there are others who have done the samething . The only difference is that they didn't get caught

On the other hand some people in school have different situations than other and that sould sometiem s be considered (depending on what it is).
