Blocks 6 & 7 you already did your research project and most of you mentioned how much you wish you had done MORE to help the environment.
All classes-many of you have expressed interest in the serious issues dealing with the environment. Most of you are concerned with what the future holds in regards to fuel and energy resources (how expensive gas will be by the time YOU drove!) as well as hard it is becoming on your family as prices of gas, food and just about everything rise due to our energy woes.
My questions are for you: What one task (or more) are you undertaking to make this world more energy secure? Less dependant on foreign fuel sources? Your family pocketbook stretch more? Have you made any changes to how you live? Did you do anything special to celebrate Earth Day? Will you do a belated Happy Earth Day Project? (Plant a tree, pick up trash, turn off lights when not using them, turn off water when brushing teeth? etc.)

They only things i really do to help the environment is not littering and i recycle when im at school. I didnt do anything special to celebrate Earth
Day but Earth Day is also my birthday so i celebratde that...even though it was pretty much the worst birthday ive ever had.
