There's Some Hot Air Blowin 'Round Here

The price of gas is inflated, and not for the reason that many people think. There is an over abundance of raw and refined gasoline, but the gas companies are rising prices to gain more and more money from the public. And you can guess why the government isnt doing too much about; much of their revenue is garnerned from taxing on gasoline. Where do you Bush came from? Texas! And guess what Bush supports? The mining, refining, and usage of gasoline, thats what! Do you any of you how much money it costs to operate a deep sea mining platform? 500,000 dollars per day. And even better, they have budgets of over 1 billion dollars per year. Think of all the great things that could be used with that kind of cash. When has alternative energy ever had that kind of funding? If we diverted the funding for these kinds of massive, and not to mention harmful projects, then we may be able to finally produce a better sort of fuel. The same thing goes for other science projects that could potentially help the world.
For my own part, i try to cut down on using electronics such as turning all the lights off except for one while im reading or doing homework. I also use a metal canteen instead of water bottles to sav on using and throwing away too much plastic. Organic foods are for me, and by not supporting the pesticide producing farms, they lose money for using such poisons.
